How it works
Cash by default. Equity optional, per engagement.
Cash is the default. Equity is available at the founder’s option, on terms negotiated per engagement. We will not pressure you on cap-table room. We plug in as a senior bench, ship the version you need to ship, and hand it back. If you want us to stay on the system long-term — on retainer or as the embedded operator on the agentic layer — we will. If you want it in-house from day one, take it.
The engagement is led by Jeremy and right-sized for the scope: solo principal when that’s the shape, small senior bench when the work calls for it. The multi-agent factory does the rote work so the senior judgment is what you’re actually paying for.
