How it works
Cash by default. Equity optional.
You pay cash and keep your cap table intact. If equity makes sense for you, we’re open to the conversation, on terms we negotiate per engagement. We won’t push. We plug in as a senior bench, ship the version you need shipped, and hand it back. If you want us to stay on the system afterward, on retainer or as the embedded operator on the agentic layer, we will. If you want it in-house on day one, take it.
Jeremy leads the engagement himself. The team is right-sized to the work: solo principal when that’s the shape, a small senior bench when the scope calls for more hands. The agentic factory under the hood handles the rote work, so what you’re paying for is the senior judgment.
